Southwest High School's Unhinged Theatre Co. presents Carrie the Musical
Set in Chamberlain, Maine, Carrie the Musical focuses on Carrie White, an outcast teenage girl who is bullied by her classmates. Her lonely life is controlled by her religious fanatic mother; through her isolation, Carrie discovers she possesses supernatural telekinetic powers. Things seem to be to looking up for Carrie when she is asked to prom. After an elaborate prank is pulled on her, Carrie gets her revenge when she uses her powers to wreak havoc not only on her classmates but on anyone and anything in her path.
